Adding Multiple Folders at Once to PlexTV (My solution)

Wanted to add multiple folders to Plex Server but the UI is too frustrating. Saw a few threads discussing the same issue but no solution.

After much googling, found this workaround solution: Symbolic links

1a) Create a folder (e.g. Folder A) to store the symbolic links.
1b) Add Folder A to your preferred Library in Plex Web App

    This is a Graphical Tool that allows you to easily create multiple symbolic links at one go. You can find more info on both symbolic links and the graphic tool here.

3a) Select one or more folder(s) u want to add to Plex (while pressing Ctrl key)
3b) Right-click, and select “Pick Link Source”
3c) Go to Folder A
3d) Right-click and select “Drop As > Symbolic Link”
3e) The symbolic links to all the folders u have previously selected (under 3a) created in Folder A

  1. Go back to PlexTv Web App and “Scan Library Files”
