Adding music videos: french artists are not recognized!

I am using the Global Folder Option (’/volume1/Musique Videos’) to add music videos to my Music library.

Both music and music videos folders are structured within a separate folder per artist and for a given artist, the folder names are the same.

I have run the ‘Refresh Metadata’ command for each artist. For a major part of artists, music videos were added, but for a big part of them they were not. It seems that french artists, like Jacques Brel, Camille or Christine and the Queens, are not recognized.!

I tryed different naming options and I tryed to change agent (plex versus lastfm) without success. These 2 agents recognize all the artists and albums.
If moved in the folder of a recognized artist, music videos are added. So it is not a file name issue.

I created a video library within the music videos folder. All folders and videos are recognized.

Have you an idea for that issue ? Thanks a lot for your help.
