Music Videos don't seem to work right

I have music videos organized using the Global Music Video folder as described in https://support.plex.tv/articles/205568377-adding-local-artist-and-music-videos/, however it doesn’t seem to really work the way it says it will.

In my case, I mostly have music videos, but not a lot of albums with the matching audio tracks. When I view the Music Videos library, it is just a list of videos, and the only name that shows up is the name of the file. It doesn’t seem to be honoring the Artist Folder\File Name style. Additionally, none of the Video Type tags work either (such as -live or -behindthescenes).

Is there another setting that I am missing somewhere?
