One of my shows not playing on Players but playable on Server

Server Version#: 1.16.0.1226
Player Version#: 3.100.1

When trying to play the TV show, it returns with a Playback Error "There was an unexpected error during playback. Please visit our forums if you continue to experience problems.

I have checked the files and confirmed that the MKVs are playable on VLC and on the Web Client on the server itself. Other shows are unaffected by this.

I have restarted both Plex Server and the physical server itself. Still no luck.

Above log is generated when trying to play the said media on the Plex Media Player on Windows 10.

Tested Plex LG WebOS, Plex Media Player on Windows and Plex App on Android. All failing to play that said show.
