Hi
I want to add hitchhikers guide to the galaxy (TV show). It has no seasons just episodes. Do I still need to use, say, ‘season 01’ folder, or can I just add the episodes straight into the show folder?

Yes, you do exactly that. You will organize like any other series.
I assume this is the series Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy (TheTVDb)
Just name it according to the series.
FYI: In the Plex world, all TV series have season folders regardless.

Miniseries
A miniseries is really handled just like a season-based show, you simply always use “Season 01” as the season.
Side note: You can configure that show to (edit > advanced) or the entire library not to display seasons within Plex if there’s only 1 season of a show.

Thanks everyone for the help, its working well and got it sorted. Any specials go in a 00 folder right? I have a making of and a few other specials.
