So I would like to add my vimeo channel to my installed, mac based, Plex server. Searching through the official Plex support documents I have found an articl about adding a Vimeo channel by clicking on the ‘add channel’ button. Despite this article being editied this month I see no add channel buttons any where in the Plex server interface…
Is there a way to add a vimeo channel or plugin to the latest release of Plex Media Server?

You may be able to do it manually but be aware that Plex is discontinuing plugins; access to them has been removed from a number of apps and eventually it will not be possible to install them manually on the server.

Thanks for this information. It does seem strange to me that Plex has dropped the plugin and channel feature when so much material is accessed via online sources such as Vimeo and YouTube.
