Is there a way to adjust quality settings in the menu for all files, instead of hitting A during playback? My issue is that I can’t get the files to play in order to have the option of hitting A.
Ooh. That’s an interesting one. I’ll raise an issue to look into it. You can’t change the quality upfront, no, but sounds like that logic is broken when the server can’t transcode.
Could you please post details of the file you’re trying to playback? I think you mentioned elsewhere it should be DP’ing?
Thanks for responding!
Here’s a more detailed description of what’s happening…
I’ve got an XboxOne with the Plex app installed. The library is connecting just fine. When I play SD movies (the bulk of my library), it has no issues. But whenever I try and play my HD files – Inception for example (file info below) – it gives me the error message immediately, stating my Seagate Personal Cloud isn’t powerful enough. Which, I figured it wouldn’t be powerful enough if it had to transcode, but thought it would be fine at the specs below. I have no issues with the exact same file playing back on Roku, Browser, or Mobile, so the problem seems limited to the XBoxOne.
Anyway, any help would be awesome!
Thanks!
