Admin account freezing plex widows player

I have recently come across a problem since upgrading my windows player where my admin account will make the windows player NOT RESPONDING. However when I use another users account I have no issues and can watch the videos.

This has only occurred since the last update and I have rolled it back to the previous version and am now getting the same issue.

I will try that solution next time.

I managed to solve /fix the issue as it seemed to be a video format issue for windows. It seemed to work ok with IOS and web based apps but made the windows app hang.
