Apologies if this is posted elsewhere. I’ve been unable to find a similar post. To be honest, i’m not even sure how to phrase the question to make it an easier search. It started several months ago, but its growing in frequency. Random devices affected, 2 different ipads, AppleTV, iphone and web browser dashboards each have had the issue. Only 1 device at a time will have the issue. When I check other devices they work as expected and on the account as desired (admin account). Only a couple methods have resolved the issue, but it is very inconvenient. Either remove the Plex app from the playback device and reinstall, login (using 2FA). Sometimes it takes multiple attempts to restore service as expected. Lately it’s even happened on the same device multiple times in the same day.
Other observations to note. Plex is updated to the latest compatible stable version for my Mac. End devices have the latest app update for their respective OS. Library list is correct, connected to the correct server. Logout and login does not fix the issue, the issue persists even though it links correctly to my user account. Media loaded is all unavailable on the affected device only. Libraries load an older state.
