What has gone wrong for me?
Have an Apple iMac (2019, macOS Ventura) on which I run the latest version of Plex Server. Has worked for years, but all of a sudden all my items (Movies, TV etc) are unplayable. The library has lost all the cover images and I get an error message when I try to play them.
It doesn’t matter if I remove the media path and add it again. Just black boxes with no pictures…
Should add that I changed my computer quite recently and also had problems with double NAT in my routers but is fixed now. Seems rather far-fetched that these would be the problems. Plex has worked even after the computer change, so I want to rule it out as a source of error.
How can I troubleshoot this? What could be the problem?
