Librarys not showing for main account

Today an issue came up were my account (owner) on all devices expect for the direct admin login x.x.x.x:32400, has no libraries available. If I switch to any of my managed accounts the appropriate libraries are showing but if I make myself a new managed account no libraries show regardless of what settings I change.

Update: now I cant even get into the setting for my server or see libraries on the admin login.

Is the server running Windows?
If so, try You need to reclaim your server, but don't dare to touch the Windows Registry
