What the hell are ADs doing playing on my server!! not only that but 8 of them per episode WTF!!! What is wrong with you people, must you sell out and frustrate the masses this much, or are you intentionally trying to just piss people off.
There are no ads playing on your server.
Do you have Plex content ( movies and shows) turned on in your server? I believe this is your error and not Plex and I recommend that you edit your post above.
Plex do not have adds in your private Content full stop.
Settings / Online Media sources will resolve your oversight
so I’m just smoking crack than huh… I logged in loaded up my continue watching my show and an ad popped up, then 10 minutes later an ad comes up 1 of 8
I don’t use any of the Plex garbage, never have… but I fixed it, wasn’t my error… and yes I was tweaked out and overheated a bit, because the UI is still trash on the ROKU app but I’m not wrong by being aggravated to changes that consistently make things worse. But I do apologize for being a dick.

Could it be possible that maybe you are missing an episode on your media server and Plex has it on demand, Plex just tried to fill in the void. Just guessing

Plex isn’t inserting ads on media streamed from your server. You were watching from Plex’s online sources.
