I rescanned my section and now I am getting the correct posters, yet I am having troubles that for some movies no poster at all is being downloaded not even at rescan. Any good ides on how this could be fixed or how / what traces I could be providing ?
It's probably not matching the title. Is it just using what looks like a screengrab from the video itself? Does it pull any data at all for the movie?
Make sure you got the title exactly correct and all you can pretty much do is look over the data18 agent logs.
I have the same problem: If I scan a folder with the agent almost all movies are matched perfectly. But if I rescan a wrongly matched title and choose the right one (so the agent absolutly finds the movie online!) out of the list of similar titles, no data is being pulled.
Another problem is that the cover art quality is very bad: Looks like a 100x150 pixel pic. If I look at the site data18, the quality is way better. Tried to switch the option "allow download from alternating sources" in the script, didn't help.
Anybody knows a solution for these two problems?

chidychi, that would be really nice. i have the same problem like spanishu, and also, single movie scenes do not match with data18-content anylonger

I don't know if someone say it but the problem on data18 is when the model is in the "unknown menu". Even if there's a name credited.
You can recognize them because the name in the cast isn't in bold. In that case the dev doesn't create a unique page for the model and the agent can't find the episode.
X-Art got a lot like that for example.
If it's possible the idea to search by ID will be great
Regarding Data18.bundle:
blaresteep has fixed the cover problem. I merged the changes, so you should be able to update now.
Data18-Content.bundle hasn't been updated, so it will still experience the bugs mentioned above.

Chidychi & Blarestep thanks for the update but I am still facing the same problems regarding the covers. On the labels Evil Angel & Jules Jordan it pulls all the posters but uses the split front /back cover. If there are any logs I can facilitate you with please let me know
That’s because the high quality cover art on the site for those titles is the front/back cover. I had a trick in there at one point to use the low quality cover when that was the case but I think that was over written a while back. If blaresteep doesn’t get to it this week I should be able to look at the code sometime before the end of the month.

I'm having a problem where the Data18-content.bundle wont find results even if the filename matches Data18.
This happens with a variety of cases. I can't find all the reasons. It looks like their IDs all start with 113 though I'm not sure if that is it.
Here are some that I've found. The filenames match the name on the page

@chidychi - do you have some time to look into data18-content? it does not match movie scenes (because on the data18 website, the search for the scene title returns no results. So it seems to be like the NA problem). I would (at least) be happy to enter the data18 ID manually in the search field to match my movie scenes.

The website is a complete mess… And they have nothing to do with this agent. We are scraping there site… There isn’t an api or anything… Just HTML. I created the first agent with borrowed code from another agent, and some other guys have helped along the way to make it better.
I have a lot on my plate right now, and this agent has suffered because of that.
The code is public, so anyone that wants to submit fixes is more than welcome.

I know. I just meant that for example they change all the times how a movie or scene are added. Not the same logic with all entry, a little bit arbitrary.
So I'm sure it's complicated for someone who try to create a good scrapper.

For example the scrapper didn't find one movie because the titles on Data18 was wrong. I sent a report but no change, no answer

Thanks for putting these bundles together; they seem to be working well enough for my titles. One question I have though is how do you decide which folder you are going to use Excalibur agent on and which folder you use Kink on and then the same for data18? I wish there could be some way to combine them all. The reason for this is I dont have much content from kink so I'd rather not have to keep a separate section. Anyone else have any similar thoughts/ideas?
