hello,
I tested the new script.
it runs really good and very fast!
Now this function would be great in data18.content too.

Did work for most of the movies (well, didnt have any problems with data18 anyways), so well, really looking forward to data18-content.
Didnt work for http://www.data18.com/movies/1124442(didnt find match, dont know why)

That's odd, 1124442 worked for me.
I tried the new data18.bundle and for me it only worked for movie, not scenes.

Yep, I took a look at the content agent. I need to do a bit of work in there, so hopefully I will have something this weekend. cheers,

Hi,
Many thanks for the great work on these plugins! I've been using the Data18 plugin with Plex today and am really pleased with it. I've had a little go at trying to fix a few issues but I've been unsuccessful so far...
I've noticed the following problems:
It would be great to get these two issues fixed :)
hi everyone. I updated both data18.bundle and data18-content.bundle to allow searching for ID's.
Just enter the id in a manual search and it should return a proper title in the results.
Update using the usual methods
Let me know if you encounter any problems
Cheers
I've noticed the following problems:
- Cast only ever seems to return 5 people
- Studio and Director fields aren't correctly populated. The studio field is almost always populated with a "Serie" field instead.
It would be great to get these two issues fixed :)
I think the Cast problem was a limitation in the Plex api. (they only allow you to set 5 cast members).
Studio and director fields are hard to scrape because the website structure changes between different content.
Right now I'm trying 2 different ways to get it, but their could be many more. Post an id and I will take a look at the differences.
Another update was sent to me regarding the dev actress problem. I'll take a look at it soon and merge it into the code.
Cheers

Thx for this nice update!
Now it would be much easier to find some contents thats was difficult before.
I have tried 20 and i found 17 of them. I couldn't find these three and they all have one thing in common. They are all a scene from a movie as it looks.

Is it possible to get even scenes to work with searching with ID:s?
Did work for the content scenes I tried, but did not work for (all) the movie scenes I tried :-(
I'm not really understanding the problem.
Are you hoping the scenes would return data from a movie?
If the address is data18.com/movies/#### then you would need to use the Data18.bundle.

hmmm... looks like there are some bugs in the content bundle...
Tried and works, but content agent never find a search results if the scene called: “actress name” from “movie tittle” even when i use ID, agent don’t find the content
@chidychi - I hope if I enter the ID 369207 it would match the file to http://www.data18.com/content/369207and get the metadata for the scene :-)

In the link i posted i used the Data18-contet.bundle ofcourse. I hoped that the id would get me data from the scene.
the new content agent worked for some I manually matched and not for others. These did not work/found not match:
These all were previously unable to be matched based on page title or {actress} in {title}. They don't match by content number either. Plenty of examples. Thanks again for all your work on this.

I can't get this user agent to show up after dropping it in the plugins folder. Any ideas? Renamed folder to Data18.bundle.
