i simply quoted a user who stated nobody asked for x feature. mentioned another user who has been unclear and insinuated such feature. that user got upset. was asked numerous times to be clear. this can all be looked up on this thread. not sure how that is ban-able. he has accused me of multiple things. so that’s on him.
I suppose so although I’d be fine with a click to bring up the 3rd party app/web site. It already does that in the web interface but not on my FireTV devices.
yeah i use a google tv and unfortunately storage is sparse. can’t hold all the apps.
Thread topic guys. Mind you, given that this issue appears to be under control, why not close this one ?

yeah i got what i wanted from this thread early on. just got hijacked by users asking for features/fixes that i didn’t agree with. i too am human and cannot contain my dislike for somebody overly pushing an idea i do not agree with. we will see what fix plex pushes out, but i vote to keep discover. i think the algorithm that builds the cache may be the main culprit and hopefully changing that is in the works. account level controls are also nice, however, plex needs to make money too. clearly plex pass is not enough. i think moving on from plex is the only solution for alot of people around here but instead they want to force their wants/needs on everybody else via these forums. my 2 cents.

I have been banned from the forums twice. So I know what frustration is.
Despite being asked nicely some prat decided they had to push and push knowing the consequences.
The consequences are now evident.
ChuckPa simply asked to let it drop until there was something to share. Or so he could have some me time (or both.)
Maybe all the high traffic discourse threads on this could just be locked for now and a pinned topic put front-page indicating “voices have been heard” and the bugs and complaints are being reviewed with more to come soon. Or something of that nature.
These high traffic threads have really lost their relevancy at this point and just kinda trigger people’s keyboard warrior responses.

100% agree on the topics - not the feature request
Another braindead move. Close the thread about the issue which conflicts with the advertisers desires - fold it into the adult suggestions problem. Remove discourse about the feature itself being the problem for many users - focus on the adult content as the only real problem. Doubtful we’re going to get a proper opt out now.
