In Plex, I deleted an episode from a TV series because there was some playing issues which I then fixed and wanted to add it back to my Plex library but it’s not finding it?!
I rescanned several times, did a ‘Refresh Metadata’…what else can I do?
Anybody know what’s the issue?

What is the file name?
Considering it worked the first time, you probably need to remove it from your storage directory, then Delete Plex trash, Optimise Database, Clean bundles. Then re add the Episode in question, scan Library.
Caveat: As long as you have followed the correct Naming conventions
dbirch…file name is not the issue. It’s the exact same one as the one I deleted which works fine for my entire collection (the usual SeriesName - SxxExx - EpisodeName.ext).
SE56…I removed it from my storage directory, emptied trash but didn’t do the Optimize as I really don’t see what that has to do with my problem and how it could fix it. I’m not familiar with ‘Clean bundles’? What is that, where is that setting?

Ah ok! I thought you were talking about the ‘Optimize…’ option which creates a different version of files optimized for certain streaming scenarios (which is why I thought it was odd!).
Wasn’t aware of these options…i’m trying them now, will report back soon.
