After EPG Change live tv doesnt work even though epg is correct and tuner is working and signal is full

I have a issue. I have two machines running PMS One is a Qnap TVS-673e NAS and it is running tv shows Movies other Videos while the other is a old dell laptop (studio 1555) win 7 and it is used for live tv and dvr using haupppauge dual head. I had to use some generic EPG to be able to watch tv worked fine but only 5 channels matched but it worked fine exept 2 hd channel witch it didnt play most of the time but that is not the issue. Now i finally sorted the epg using webgrab all but 3 channels match but now it wont play any of the channels. I just get the Could not tune channel. Please check your tuner or antenna Error even though the tuner works fine with its own app (win tv), the signall is full and the antena is new and working fine. I restarted all the machines but still the same error. HELP PLEASE. Did anyone have a same issue? @support

Did you make your own epg via webgrab+? I paid someone to take care of my epg issue and we figured out that channel id and name has to be one word and no spaces than everything works. that is a plex bug…stupid oversite. Still cant play hd channels thats also a plex issue but all works fine and epg is correct. You should try to use wrong epg to see if the channels work at all. I used this epg for a month the names and guide were wrong but all channels played. http://tvprofil.net/xmltv/data/e…
