I dont get the option to manipulate my movies, nor do I see them.

I’m not sure I understand where you’re trying to edit your movies.
Are you able to open your Plex Media Server through its local IP address (e.g. http://127.0.0.1:32400/web if you’re on the same machine)?
Did you by chance change your password and opt to sign-out all devices?
