Hi there, after updating to the latest version when I load things into my Google Drive it doesn’t add the new content to my plex. The same happens when I remove a library. It doesn’t acknowledge any new actions. The weird part is the content can still be played and it’s clearly still communicating with Google Drive as an external drive. But it doesn’t make new changes.
Any help would be appreciated.
I’m having this same problem - but with Windows 10 Pro and content held on a Synology NAS. No new content showing in the library and unable to delete. BUT can still play existing library entries.
I have the same issue. Any Idea how to fix this? Upgraded to the newest version 1.21.4.4079 but no changes
I have the same issue. Using 1.28.0.1681-cc6e807c, files and folders no longer update or sync.

i have been looking all over the plex software and on the forum and come up with nothing.
not sure what plex app version you guys are referring to, but plex server current versions are;
I REINSTALLED PLEX MEDIA SERVER VER- PlexMediaServer-1.22.0.4145-0af3a4016-MyCloudPR2100_OS5 ON MY WESTERN DIGITAL NAS DRIVE.
AND IT MADE NO DIFFERENCE.
MY MOVIE DATA BASE IS NOT POPULATING ANY COVER ART AND DOCUMENTATION FOR NEW MOVIES I’ve PUT ON MY NAS DRIVE FOR THE LAST MONTH.
IS THERE SOMETHING ELSE I CAN TRY.

Problem with no cover art started be for the My Cloud OS 5’ release.
but plex has been working great.
Is this problem only happening on WD drives ?
