I’m trying to use Pleax media server for the first time. I’m on WIN 10 and have installed, run the repair function and uninstalled several times. I always get the error
When I look in the Plex directory I can not find any database files as help suggests I look for. Not sure how to proceed.
I figured it out. I had tried a custom location install and then later went for the default. Somehow I got multiple folders of Plex that did not get deleted on their own when I did uninstalls. After manually deleting and then reinstalling it worked.
