After Plex Server Install "unable to open database"

I’m trying to use Pleax media server for the first time. I’m on WIN 10 and have installed, run the repair function and uninstalled several times. I always get the error image

When I look in the Plex directory I can not find any database files as help suggests I look for. Not sure how to proceed.

Any help would be appreciated.

I figured it out. I had tried a custom location install and then later went for the default. Somehow I got multiple folders of Plex that did not get deleted on their own when I did uninstalls. After manually deleting and then reinstalling it worked.
