After resetting my android, my paid for Plex app is saying I need to activate it

Hello,

Anyone else have this problem - I had to reset my android phone and thus has to reinstall all of my apps, including my already paid for Plex app. Now when I try and play a movie, it says that I need to activate it.

Any solution to this?

If you do not see the option to restore your purchase in the app, contact Plex Billing, https://www.plex.tv/contact/.

Also note that the app activation purchase is tied to the appstore account that you bought it with. You need to install the app using that same appstore account.

Where would that option be located in the app?

It’s at the bottom of the screen where it tells you that the activation is needed.
