I paid for Plex for Android Activation, plex app now force me to sélect pass

Hi, my plex mobile app is now requesting me to pay for Plex pass while i paid for Plex for Android Activation..
I’m back to limited to 1 min of video Player.
worst of it, the Activation button have disappeared and only the plex pass is proposed for activation
I have no possibilities to reactivate my application

I paid for unlocking the app for both android and ios versions.
I have kept all the bill confirmations.
I’m sure this is a mistake and you can reactivate the app asap
Please let me know how to use my application correctly again.

I won’t paid for Plex pass for sure, i’m not interrested

Can you scroll further down on the 1st screen to see a „restore previous purchase“ option?

I cannot.

the first screen won’t stay up, it’s loading (note the yellow loading icon in the center) and then second screen appear 2/3 seconds later.

I did activate Plex on this mobile, this issue occur since recent update, a convenient bug forcing me to buy plex pass…

please provide a solution

When looking at the 1st screenshot I noticed you’re already on a Plex Pass screen. The guide is referring to the previous screen where you’re offered to buy a Plex Pass OR to unlock the app (and below that the option to verify a previous purchase).
