After Server update to v1.23.2.4656 no 4k playback

Hi!

I updated the Plex Server to v1.23.2.4656.
On a Synology 1520+.

After that I can’t play any 4 k movie. The CPU Load is near 100% and the movie plays for 2 Seconds than stops and after a few seconds it play again for 2 seconds.

I have tested 1080 movie. the CPU load is again near 100%, but the movie plays without pause.

Tested with AppleTV, iPad und iMac as players.

May we see the DEBUG log files ZIP which captures the start of the playback attempt?

I’ve done nothing.
no restart.
no config changes.
no network changes.
