Yours is the only report of such total failure to play that I've seen. I think you have some unique problem at your end.
It could be as simple as a bad flash result. It does happen sometimes... Happened to me once too.
Another possibility is that one or more of the disk drives holding your media may be temporarily inaccessible.
Common reasons for such errors include network issues and/or other hardware issues with the computers holding those drives.
eg: Once one of the SATA cables in one of my computers had vibrated loose from the SATA connector of its HDD, making all its media inaccesible until I fixed the cable.
Doublecheck that you can access the media whose playback failed by other means, such as local access on the same computer and preferably networked access from some other device using SMB or NFS or other filesharing protocol independent of Plex. Then you'll have a clearer indication whether it's a problem specific to the RPi and RasPlex or a problem with other hardware.
