After updating the server to this version, The server name shows twice in the server list in the web app. The first name is offline making any existing pinned libraries show as offline. A second server with the same name has appeared, and is online so users only need to unpin the old libraries and pin the new and all is OK. Permission for which libraries are avail to which users is kind of a mess.
The app keeps trying to connect to the first entry without success.
I’m having the same issue. I have since updated to version 1.23.5.4862. I’ve performed a windows cleanup and a complete removal of browser cache and history files. If there is a fix, please put it up where we can see it. Thanks!
One of the servers is real, one is false. I communicated with “BigWheel” at Plex who deleted the phantom server in the database at plex. Best direct your inquiry to him.
