Problem description

  • After updating to 1.25.8.5621, the plex running for two days suddenly did not respond. The specific performance is:
    • Plex web not accessible.
    • The MAC client can access the contents of the media library, but cannot play the media.
  • Time of the problem: between 21:00 and 22:30 Beijing time on March 19, 2022
  • After restarting the plex server service, it returns to normal.

I’m seeing a similar problem where it looks like Plex Media Server is crashing. Not clear what log to look at. Appreciate any help.

You appear to have disabled the Plex Media Server debug logging. Please re-enable Debug Logging and then restart the server and on next crash restart and get the server logs and upload here

I would need the corresponding debug server logs for this crash to start looking into
If you have captured server logs please upload the zip file here - otherwise ensure debug logigng is not disabled and on next crash restart the server and download the logs zip through Settings / Server / Troubleshooting and attach here
