I updated all my packages recently, including the Plex Media Server. I went to watch a movie today and my TV said it couldn’t find the server. I signed in and saw that it wasn’t running. When I click run, it says “Failed to run the package service.”
I uninstalled and reinstalled Plex (1.12.2), but it still doesn’t work.
Any advice?

Hello, Is Synology going to send us a new DSM to fix this problem? Synology techs usually are on the ball, but this time they really screwed up! I am very disappointed, and after I just told a friend how Great Synology was last week.
It’s unfortunate, but it is really easy to fix. Just follow the directions that BigWheel linked to. It takes about 20 minutes to do at most.
