Choose to manually update plex on synology with the current download. Did the manual update and it started like a charm :slight_smile:

ChuckPA thanks, the link did not work however went to Synology and downloaded 64-bit version, work perfectly

Link? Which one didn’t work? You should be taken to the Plex.tv/downloads page

There are other variants floating around out there from others. I stick to basics :slight_smile:
