After Upgrading to Comcast xFi Modem "Advanced Security" No remote access

Server Version#: 1.17.0.1709
Player Version#: 4.8.1

Hi,

Had to upgrade my modem with Comcast to their xFi and after a couple of weeks using it i also had to upgrade my service to unlimited data with “Advanced Security” and after doing so i’ve lost remote access. Sometimes when i retry the connection it does connect, however, within 2 sec - 5 minutes i get the Not available outside your network message. I did go in to the xFi APP and i was able to turn off the Advanced Security feature and rebooted the modem but still no remote access. I enabled Debugging but i dont have an option to download just view the logs.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Can you set up a port forwarding on the Xfi device?

I tried but it wont let me. I did check port 32400 and its opened.

so canyouseeme.org shows port 32400 as success?

Actually, it does not

Error: I could not see your service on 73.125.120.$$$ on port ( 32400 )
Reason: Connection timed out

I was able to modify the port forwarding ( does this look correct ) in the admin web portal but i still cannot connect outside my network.

Thanks

I re-applied the port and now it says “Indirect” connection which i understand still means something is not right.

Now, it just switched to no outside connection and i can no longer connect even Indirect.
