Just upgraded to Win10 and I had some trouble on the initial boot with a few apps throwing errors related to incomptible versions of C++ library files (MSVCR110, MSCVCR120, MSVCP140) including PMS. I was able to get all the other apps working by un/reinstalling all C++ redistributable packs, however I’m still having trouble PHT/OPHT.
The executable loads but it never inflated a GUI, it stays running as a background process, but otherwise there’s no sign it’s open. This happens with both PHT & OPHT. I have un/reinstalled both clients multiple times, wiped out the data directory and reg keys, tried various compatibility modes, launch as admin, etc.
I was able to get it to open from Safe Mode, and if I install it inside of a Sandbox (using Sandboxie). Looking at the log file the non-sandbox version stops after checking all the display resolutions, the last line is:
11:09:56 T:4724 NOTICE: Checking resolution 16
The sandboxed version continues on another 70 or so lines:

11:00:28 T:9436 NOTICE: Running database version Addons15
11:00:28 T:9436 NOTICE: Running database version PlexServerCache4
Hopefully this might give a clue as to why it’s hanging. If the full log file(s) would be useful I can provide them as well. I’m at my wits end at this point, any help would be greatly appreciated.
