Hello; looked for help in the troubleshooting section, didn’t see this particular problems(s). The past few weeks have been rife with stuttering and just not being able to play files at all. We’ve set everything down to 480p. It does seem to help in some instances. Even MORE annoying, though, is every bloody time I shut down or restart the laptop, I get an error (missing tag.dll) and have to repair from the executable. I’ve tried uninstalling, doing a complete wipe of the registry, etc. several times – same thing, missing .dll and the repair will allow me to open our server and access files. Then, they either play or don’t play, or just stutter. The 480p looks pretty crap on our TV, so any help would be most welcome. I’m not allowed to go back to an older .exe (thanks, Microsoft) to rectify this. I so want to love this and buy the premium, but it’s been quite problematic and I don’t think we’ve ever actually gone an entire day or so without something happening. :-/
