Prior configuration was Windows 10, Old HDHOMERUN 2 tuner in QAM. Worked for several years in this config just great.
After upgrading server to Windows 11 recordings are jittery. But only on ROKU. Tablet/phone/windows client no jitter. Live TV on ROKU no jitter.
I’ve looked at every config option. I dont see any options to change any way that Plex will change the encoding or any other feature for that matter.
Cant figure out what the new Windows 11 hardware would have made such a difference to roku.
