Agent stop working

Hello to everyone. I have a Plex Pass server on my NAS Asustor AS5202T with ADM 3.5.3.RBH1.
The Plex server goes fine: its a new installation. Two days ago, after the installation, i start to create library and everything goes fine, but at a certain point agents stop working. I have libraries with a lots of unreconginzed movies.
When I try to change associate, nothing happened (some movies or TV are very fomous and they work in another Plex server) and same if I force analyse by comand.
I try to delete caches without success.
I need some help: there is no article about this in forum or support help.

I have the same issue on my Synology. I change the Agents to the Movie or Tv db but they revert right back without saving.
