Problem with Agent and movie association

Hi all.
I had a problema with movie association. Until a week ago everything goes fine, after this the movie association does not work anymore. Some days ago i started putting movies in the folder, Plex saw and added them, but it didn’t recognize them.
Try to use Association command in the contestual menu but it seemed to be broked.
So, I thinked to be my problem and I have delete the App from Asustor NAS, delete all file and download it again and start to rebuilt the server.
In a night the new server goes fine and works fine. After two days I have the same problem: or, maybe, a random problem.
I have add some muvies just now but it recognize only one of three: for example the “Final Fantasy Spirit Within (2001)” movie it’s not recognized and If I start to force it with Association command it does not work (see images).
I’ve activated all agent in preference section, no changes for me.

Any help will be grat.

I have the same problem, I delete Plex Version 1.20.1.3252 and install 1.20.1.3232 and the agent is working again.

Thank you. I’ve take a look to my last 3-4 movies and for many of all (not everyone) the cover is OK but all the metadata are missing.
