Agents dont work as expected!

Hello!
I hope that someone can help me. This issue is driving me mad! I have been trying to fix this for weeks!

When im adding movies to my library it sometimes works just fine. But lately when adding new movies. It sometimes don’t match the movie and when it does it finds No Audio, No video and no subtitles. It finds poster movie plot and everything else but not audio, video or subs. When i start the movie it adds video and sound info, and adds merged subtitles but NOT external!
I have named everything correctly:
The movie (1999).mkv and The movie (1999).eng.srt in the same folder.

The agents i use is “Plex movie scanner” and with “Local Media Assets” enabled.

I have tried to re-install Plex media server and i have tried to refresh library, run clean bundles, optimize library, empty trash and restart the server.

This is only happening to my movies not my shows!

Please, can someone help me!

Please post the contents of the Plex XML info from one of the affected items.

Thanks for the reply! I solved it. I had to many movies in one folder. I deleted my library and made folders by the first letter of the movie A,B,C etc. And now it works!
