Since my last update of Media Server, IMDB and TVDB are missing from the agents in the Match Dialog most of my media are not found on the PLEX agent, tried adding the agents but they are ticked already.
Is this a known problem? Is there a way to fix this?

IIRC this is by design.
You can still fix-match using a movie’s IMDb ID or TMDb ID. You can e.g. search for tt12344546 or tmdb-12345 in the fix-match title field, using the respective ID from that respective platform.
If your files don’t match on a larger scale that usually means you might need to adjust your file names to better match the official naming schema.
