since the last update no trailers are included in the agents The Movie Database and Plex Movie

like… what version of Plex Media Server do you have installed (host OS/platform + PMS version; e.g. latest public release is 1.19.4, latest beta is 1.19.5)
My Qnap is Version 4.3.4.1129 and Plex Media Server is Version 1.19.4.2935
Is this about Plex missing your local trailers or online trailers which are part of Plex Pass?
In some Plex clients, the trailers are not listed as “extra” but have their own dedicated button
If that’s not it… can you verify Find trailers and extras automatically (Plex Pass required) is still checked in the advanced settings of your library (or the agent settings)?
