Airplay audio delay - any way to compensate for that?

Hi,

I want to use Airplay-enabled speaker for the audio output. The standard handles audio losslessly, works over WiFi and is in numerous ways better than bluetooth audio. There is one BUT - it has a fixed delay of 2 seconds - to accommodate for issues it may encounter while streaming and have enough time to correct them. Is there a way to compensate for that in Plex (web client)?

I have the same problem with Plex Media Player…
Been using Plex Home Theater for years and it worked flawlessly. It always compensated the video image on the audio delay!

Will this be fixed any time soon in PMP or is there a way to fix it already?
