Airplay doesn’t work for downloaded videos

When playing movies downloaded from the server library, AirPlay will not work. Airplay does work for content that is being streamed from the server. Tested on both iPhone and iPad devices with latest iOS.

Currently it’s not supported. Used to be supported with sync and was removed on migration to downloads.

Can I cast/fling downloaded content to another
Plex client or through Chromecast?

Casting or flinging downloaded content to another device is currently not supported.
