Downloaded videos refuse to cast

When I download a video from my Plex library, then Plex absolutely refuses to cast it to Chromecast targets.

As a workaround, I have to delete the cached video. Then Plex streams the video from my Plex server to the Chromecast device.

Please make sure that Plex caches videos in a format suitable for Chromecast and for AirPlay.

Casting or flinging downloaded content to another device is currently not supported.

Please add this. Plenty of other apps support this, such as VLC.
