All of my Flac music has the cover art for albums set correctly. The albums are matched and Plex knows all the metadata. Every 2 weeks or so, Plex simply loses the cover art for about 1/4 of the albums in my library even though literally nothing has changed. Why? No other music management program I have ever used has done this. How does this even happen? Once the art is set, why would it ever be unset? Having to go through dozens of albums resetting the cover art is beyond frustrating. I would like to know why this happens and what the fix is?
