Album art disappears

I have the problem that with a large number of movies the album art disappears. I can add them manually via Poster but after a few days the album arts disappear again. I have set up Plex Scanner as an agent.

How can I solve it?

Why do I need to create a root folder? I never did that. I am going to try it. I have Plex Pass.
