I’ve recently pulled my music library into plex to use plexamp. So far, basically no issues. I have had one where special characters in names have been causing the albums not to show up. I use Lidarr to organize/rename my music and have confirmed these albums have been changed in alignment with the defaults there.
Example: *NSYNC album named *NSYNC from 1997. Lidar has renamed both the band and album names as -NSYNC to remove the * (e.g. ‘./-NSYNC/-NSYNC (1997)’ from the perspective of a bash shell).
I’ve tried to pull the folder out and put it back. I’ve tried to reimport. Nothing. Thoughts?
