Same issue here. Tried disabling, enabling, removing, re-adding, still not working. Running PMS 1.40.2.8312 on Win10Pro.

cross linking dupe reports to help devs: "Uh oh, I've alerted the plex team" when trying to do anything useful with Plex/Alexa
