Alexa is linked to plex. Port forwarding is on. Plex is open on roku 3 but when I tell Alexa to ask plex to play xyz, she says ok then plex starts to buffering like it wants to start the movie but doesn’t. It worked for a day when I first set it up but the next day nothing. It stops movies and pauses them ok but just wont execute them. Any ideas? Please please help.
I have seen this from time to time. I have also asked a few times on the forum are there any logs that might show what is happening.
I have found it usually works if i try it again or a few times. Sometime I wonder if the Alexa integration service is on the Plex side is having trouble.
I am hopeful the update to this service ( no date announced as of yet ) will correct some of these issues)

Thanks for the response. I have tried it for 2 days now. I’ve even uninstalled plex from roku, unlinked it, reinstalled and relinked it and to no avail.
