Please help. I have plex running on my roku. I give Alexa a command then plex buffers like its tryout to connect but then I get the error, please check that this file exist and the necessary drive is mounted. I’ve unlinked and relinked it in the ale a app, I’ve also uninstalled and reinstalled plex on the roku. Now the very first time I linked the account, everything was fine but then woke up the next day and it started doing this. Nothing has changed on my end. Port forwarding is set up and working fine. Thanks for the help in advance.
