Alexa Skill doesn't recongize the loop/repeat song command

I just got my Amazon Echo Dot setup and got Plex connected to it, and I noticed whenever I ask the speaker to loop a song, it just says “Sorry, I’m having trouble accessing the Plex Alexa Skill”, but it still can playback my music… not sure why it won’t loop my songs. Any idea as to why?

What exactly are you telling it?. Are you saying “Alexa, tell Plex to Loop” when the song is already playing, or “Alexa, tell Plex to Loop {song title}” or something else?
