Gotta say I’m shocked that there is apparently no way to report bugs directly to PLEX and get any sort of answer. I’m visually impaired so this whole FAQ and community bulletin board thing is pretty useless to me. I’ve been using PLEX with my Echo Dot for music playback for several months now with no problems. Suddenly within the past month it has begun stopping in the middle of a song and looping back to the beginning, or just stopping in the middle of a song. If I tell Alexa to go the the next song, it starts the song it’s been looping on again. I’ve tried restarting the Echo many times and checking its updates but it’s fine. I can stream the exact same audio files via iTunes with no problem at all. Also I can play the same audio files via PLEX Media Player on my computer, iPhone and iPad over the same WiFi network with no problems - is only the Echo that is glitching. The Echo plays any other streaming service I call up with no problems as well.
