Other Alexa commands work but loop does not. If I’m playing a song or a playlist and I say “Alexa, tell Plex to loop” it says “Sorry I’m having trouble accessing your Plex skill right now.” I see someone else reported this and a bug report was submitted but that was a couple of years ago.
