Alexa skill says "enjoy" but the client never plays

I’ve got the Alexa skill set up. It sees the Plex clients on my network. I can set the player to anything on my network: Xbox, LG webOS app, whatever. I can tell it to play a show like “Alexa tell Plex to play Peep Show.” It’ll say “Enjoy Peep Show” but it never plays on the player.

  • Server is Windows 1.24.3.5033
  • Players tried were LG webOS app and Xbox app, latest versions on both
  • Alexa skill is able to play music to the Echo device without issue
  • Alexa skill can list players on network, and is aware of what’s on my server (able to provide suggestions, show what’s on deck, etc.)

What can I do?
